We have proudly partnered with WeWork to specially curate an intimate space for you at their chic co-working space in Uptown Charlotte.

You will be guided by one of the best local therapists in town as we work together through our professionally curated journal assignments that will help you answer some of your most pressing questions, like:

  1. Why am I feeling stuck?

  2. What is my passion and purpose?

  3. How and when will I find true love?

  4. Why do I replay painful stories and how do I stop them from holding me back?

Girl Chat

Girl Chat will connect young high school women with licensed counselors and psychologists who will provide them with resources and advice for their personal questions and concerns. They will also be guided through mindfulness and breathing exercises to help relieve stress & anxiety.

The women will walk away from the chat with an: 

  1. Increased awareness of their mental & emotional health.

  2. Various resources on how to reduce the negative stigma or unfamiliarity of mental health and counseling in the teen community.

  3. Knowledge on core issue(s) behind certain distresses they experience.

  4. Long-term tools that can be used to treat and heal.

  5. Connection to sisters and counselors who will encourage and support them on their journey.

Thank you to UNC Charlotte and Firm Foundations Youth & Family Outreach for partnering with us as we provide space for high school young women to express their thoughts on mental health, explore their questions about their well-being, and connect with a sisterhood that pours out support and encouragement.
