MIND THE GAHP COLLEGE EDITION: JOHNSON C. SMITH UNIVERSITY

March 28, 2019

We partnered with Johnson C. Smith University and Honest Conversations and curated our first college edition of our women’s wellness pop-up event. We provided a safe space for the women of Johnson C. Smith to explore their thoughts on mental health, interpersonal relationships, and wellness overall.

The women also got to take advantage of our mindfulness and breathing exercises, our anonymous Q&A session with their campus counselor, and even got the chance to win our customized goody bags.

We curated our second women’s wellness pop-up event to include more time for the women to share, reflect, and connect with one another as they worked together on our professionally-curated journal assignments.

The women also got to take advantage of our anonymous Q&A session with a therapist and went home with goody bags and newfound friendships.
